UK - NEW EQUIPMENT INTO SOUTHAMPTON
The eight (8) CVS FERRARI EC08.8DS, empty container handling forklifts supplied last year have now settled in and are proving a success. These machines have double handling spreaders and can stack 8 + 1 containers high.

EXPORT - USED EQUIPMENT INTO THE LEBANON
After first contacting us two (2) years ago they have again asked for assistance, we discussed in detail their requirments and have agreed to supply two (2) loaded reachstackers and 2 (2) ECH's immediately from our pre-owned equipment stock. All four (4) units were fully serviced, repaired and shipped out together. An Engineer from SHAD has followed the machines out to Beirut and has assisted and trained their on site service personnel.

EXPORT - USED EQUIPMENT INTO INDIA
Following our initial enquiry over three (3) years ago we have kept in regular contact with our customer in India. This helped when they required one (1) reachstacker and 2 (2) ECH's supplying immediately for a new contract they have been awarded.
After agreeing on the equipment they needed from our pre-owned equipment stock by phone and emails a representative from India arrived in the UK to inspect and confirm the deal. All three (3) machines were serviced, repaired and cleaned, then stripped down and shipped out of Southampton as part of the final agreement, it shows that good customer relations has been a major part in us securing this deal.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ANNUAL THOROUGH EXAMINATIONS
NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHA Thorough Examination is a statutory requirement for lifting equipment under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER 98), Regulation 9. It has the same purpose as a MOT inspection, by providing a report which identifies whether or not the lifting equipment is safe to use, and/or advice that needs to be followed to avoid risks in use. It is just as important as a MOT – probably more so! There is a legal requirement for a Thorough Examination to be carried out on fork lift trucks at least once a year, and often more frequently depending on conditions of use. We have a CVS Ferrari FR270 Ro-Ro/Heavy Duty Terminal Tractor, available to view at our head office in Skelmersdale from Janaury 2010.
