Repairs and Modifications
Shad After Sales Service Team for the container handling and Locomotive divisions are dedicated, highly qualified and committed to offering the best level of service to customers using this specialist equipment.

Repair Standards
Shad has over 39  years of experience in dealing with specialised equipment and a knowledge base second to none. Our team of Technicians and Service Engineers are all fully mobile with fully equipped service vehicles who operate out of our Head Office in Skelmersdale and satellite depots in Wolverhampton, Southampton and Glasgow.

Facilities
All our Technicians and Engineers are factory trained in all models within the CVS Ferrari range including third party manufacturers components i.e. Scania and Volvo engines, Clark Transmissions and Kessler axles we also have a great wealth of experience in maintenance and fault diagnosis in all other types and makes of container handling equipment including Kalmar, Fantuzzi, Belotti, Boss, Valmet etc.

Testing
We have excellent manufacturer support including factory training of our engineers, supply of information technology software for diagnosis and configuration, technical telephone support and regular technical updates as required through visits to the factory or CVS technicians to site.

Parts
Shad have attached great importance to the efficiency of our spare parts backup facilities. We hold a large amount of stock at our main parts points throughout the U.K, Together with our Engineer vehicle stocks this equates to a comprehensive cover which meets the requirements of our customers for service breakdowns and preventive maintenance work.

CVS carry 94% of all parts in Italy on a first time pick basis, which can be supplied on a next day courier service to any particular location we require in the U.K.

We also have a network of third party suppliers and manufacturers throughout the country who supply us with service, parts and exchange unit backup for Engines, transmissions, manufacturing hydraulic cylinders etc.Shad have a manufacturing/parts suppliers account network throughout the UK built up over years of experience, these are suppliers who we can rely on, on a very short notice basis and who are all ISO9002 compliant. Together with our stocks in the UK and in Italy this allows us to provide a parts back-up facility which you the customer demand.
