The in-time supply of spare parts from manufacturers has been increased over the past 12 months given the financial climate and reduction in the demand for new equipment.
To ensure our customers are not affected by this, Shad have taken the initiative in ensuring the level best supply of spare parts for our customers equipment worldwide.
We have achieved this by increasing our stock levels and our parts supply network in the UK and in Europe to supply parts to you with shorter lead-times and at increased discount levels.
As part of our initiative we now have stock in place to the value of £1.5m which we can supply on a next working day basis. For spare parts required which are not ex stock UK our designated export buyers will source the parts using our extensive supply network in Europe.
