We have a comprehensive network of third-party suppliers and manufacturers throughout the world who supply us with bespoke machine parts for all makes of machine for new and exchange units. Shad have a manufacturing/parts supplier network throughout the World, built up over years of experience, these are suppliers who we can rely on, on a very short notice basis and who are all fully compliant.

REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT SERVICES
Our extensive range of repair and refurbishment services have been developed to help extend the lifetime of your fleet and save you money while simultaneously improving overall performance levels. We overhaul major units including Engines, Gearboxes, Drive Axles, Boom and Spreader assemblies etc all supplied with warranty.
We can fully refurbish your Reachstackers, Empty Container Handlers, Forklifts and Terminal Tractors. All full refurbishments come with a 12-month guarantee.

INSPECTION SERVICES

RE-ASSEMBLY SERVICES

Our designated team of Engineers are on hand to support the supply of equipment through our sales department to all overseas clients. Assembly and commissioning of all machines supplied overseas with training for onsite customer staff and to supply continued service and support throughout the lifetime of the machine.

United Kingdom: Located at Shad Headquarters in the Northwest of England, Shad have a fully purpose built workshop which is fully equipped for the completion of the repair and refurbish of all types of Handling Equipment,  including fabrication and painting facilities.

We have excellent manufacturer support including factory training of our engineers, supply of information technology software for diagnosis and configuration, technical telephone support and regular technical updates as required through our engineer visits to the manufacturers factory or technicians to the customer site.  We can also offer direct support worldwide to all customers through our overseas designated technicians.

Shad has over 40 years of experience in dealing with specialised container handling equipment, Forklifts and cranes with a knowledge base second to none. Our team of Technicians and Service Engineers in the UK and Internationally are fully committed to supplying the best level of service and support to our extensive worldwide customer base. Our designated overseas technicians are fully qualified and experienced on all makes of Heavy Lift machines, Container Handling Equipment and Material Handling Equipment.

All our Technicians and Engineers are factory trained in all models within the CES Heavy lift Reachstacker range, we also have the technical knowledge, technical support and experience in maintenance and fault diagnosis in all makes of container handling equipment including Kalmar, Terex, Hyster, CVS Ferrari, Fantuzzi, Linde etc, including long standing accounts with third party manufacturers components e.g. Cummins, Scania and Volvo engines, and Dana Clark, ZF, and Allison Transmissions, and Kessler, Rockwell and Hurth Axles.
